Refund policy

Cancellations
To request an order canceellation, please email us at modishonmain@gmail.com WITHIN 48 HOURS. Because most items are made to order and our supplies are order every other day, we cannot cancel orders after the 48 hour mark.

Returns
All sales are final. Each item is made to order therefore we do not accept returns on any items. However, we may be able to exchange an item (see below).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at modishtrendsshop@gmail.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item, unless the item was received damaged or defective in which case you will receive a refund for the shipping up to $4.00. All other shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
