Shipping policy

Our processing time is currently 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. While most orders ship within this timeframe, larger orders and orders placed during holiday seasons (July through December) or big sales, may take longer ship. If you need something by a certain date, contact us PRIOR to placing your order. Please note, preorders ship according to their specified timeframe and orders containing preorder items will be held until the full order is ready to ship; be sure to read the details of each preorder listed on the products' page. These timeframes apply to our processing time only and do not include the time it takes for a package to move through USPS which is an average of 3-5 business days depending on the USPS Shipping service chosen at checkout.

Domestic shipping rates start at $5.00 for USPS Ground Advantage. All shipping rates are calculated based on weight & location. We do offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $150; no code is needed.
